Detailed masonry work involved installing sandstone cills, heads, walling, copings, and brick slips on all elevations.
The project’s interior improvements included the refurbishment of bathrooms, focusing on both aesthetic updates and improved functionality. Complementing the building’s transformation, the outdoor area underwent meticulous landscaping, and the driveway was redesigned to improve accessibility and visual appeal.
