Full bungalow refurbishment – Formby
The acquisition of Heydon Close in Formby required a full refurbishment and extensions to the bungalow.
The largely derelict property benefitted from a new heating system, re-wire throughout, new windows and doors including bi-fold doors into the garden area. The property benefited from the conversion of a garage into an additional bedroom, a large orangery added extra living space, a modern main bathroom was installed as well as the addition of an ensuite bathroom.
The main living area of the property was altered to benefit from open plan living, including a new kitchen and utility room. Both the front and rear gardens benefitted from landscaping. This project was completed in 16 weeks.
